Another winning Seda meal...

Tomatoes, tomatoes, and more tomatoes...

Seda has learned from my mom how to boil tomatoes down for sauce... we have so many tomatoes (thanks to the Lowe's), so we are busy collecting, skinning, and boiling them down...

Crab apples!

My wife was introduced to crab apples by some Cambodian friends... I was not in favor of it, but she has loved picking and eating them all over the place... sour for me, but great for her!

Seda's chili plants

Seda has also raised some chili plants that she eats from almost every day. I just think that they look cool... I am afraid to burn my mouth...

She can fish, she can cook!

Not only has Seda had fun fishing, she has enjoyed taking over the kitchen and cooking a lot of Cambodian foods. This is what she calls a Cambodian pancake, but it is not really a pancake like we would think of... but it is still one of my favorite Cambodian foods...
